Being known to the intrepid Q, it appears that the drop involving the “shutdown” marker was intended as just that...a heads up as proof of concept to US.
Now look to instances of internet interruption on 03NOV and the days following.
Not just a Q-proof but a smoking gun that Smartmatic performed in the same manner as Venezula’s stolen election.
