I asked on another thread if the consent decree that raffesnberger signed can be challenged, saying that since the issue was never brought to the voters, he didn’t have the authority to sign anything on behalf of the voters. I for damned sure wouldn’t give Stacy Abrams a wooden nickel.

Would love to be optimistic, but there are just too many legal hurdles in too many states many with courts hostile to the president. Is scotus really going to get that involved? I hope so but not holding my breath.

Georgia did the same thing as Philadelphia. They denied the observers the proper distance to monitor the count. One big thing is the authenticating of the signatures and the rejection of ballots without signatures on the return envelope. The verification of such a screening process is a major requirement. It is done to prevent ballot stuffing. Because of this violation of election verification rules, this recount should be null and void.

Why are NO Freepers commenting on Lin Woods statement that due process issues are being raised?
Why should the voters in Georgia who followed the rules be disinfranchised by people who most likely scammed the system?
Why should the States who properly conducted their election be disinfranchised by the States who had major problems?
We do have a 14th Amendment and the Due Process and Equal Protection of the Laws.
