Will it use steam turbines?

They have to convert heat to mechanical energy...then electrical energy.

Any guesses?

A gas turbine with a closed cycle might be easier on the moon.

Already been a couple of fission power plants in orbit. Granted, not high efficiency, but multi-kilowatt electrical level.
