Well I didn’t catch the whole thing, but apparently they were votes that were not sent through the tabulator, in Trump country. The guy in Ga, can’t remember his name said, they can’t find them in Biden country, but they find them in Trump country. 8>)

She mentioned the 2004 election in Venezuela, so I think she meant to say "Hugo Chavez." And there was a Smartmatic controversy in 2004, when the Chavez government used those voting machines for a presidential recall election which -- surprise! -- Chavez won.
