Didn’t President Trump get a recent case expedited to the supreme court?
Isn’t there some emergency process for doing so?
Cases will get fast-tracked if need be.

These are the access points for the Supreme Court, called Cert Pet. applications. The bar is high for SCOTUS to accept such cases . previously from the traditional British law jurisdiction of equity which is separate from common law, traditionally the jurisdiction of the Court of the Crown in history, later assumed by the Courts of Law in Equity.
These writs in equity are called “extraordinary remedies” or “prerogative writs of law”and include Certiorari, Mandamaus, Habeus Corpus, Prohibition and Quo Warranto.
Traditionally one had to meet very high standards to achieve a jurisdiction in equity, The doctrine of Clean Hands and Doctrine of Lapse both apply.
Trump has a very steep hill to climb.
