[Prince of Space]

UPDATE: My SIL is devastated and blindsided. He’s extremely sad and heartbroken, but not violent or angry. My other SIL was with him when he opened the note and read it. She left her ring but took her clothes and computer. She talked to him Saturday night and acted like everything was cool, so he had no idea she was planning this. I texted with him tonight and told him how much we all cared about him, which I hope helped him a little.

He also said he would have gone to therapy but doesn’t recall her asking him to. He defended her and said he would do anything for her. He stated that he wants her to be happy, even if it wasn’t with him.

She’s angry with me for giving a shit about my SIL whom I’ve cared about for 10 years. Psychologically she’s blaming me for reminding her about what her behavior has done to someone she supposedly loves.

The saddest thing is my husband and I have come to the realization that we raised a selfish, self-absorbed, and immature young woman who is obviously lying to everyone around her, no matter who gets hurt. I still love her but I’m extremely disappointed by her behavior.
