It means Trump pretends to concede to troll the DS and media.
1) After he wins the court cases he needs to win and the election is certified in his favor, Antifa and BLM go apesh*t.
2) He uses the “C” word in a statement that was discussed with attorneys and contains some hedges, such as “Some people have said that I should concede for the good of the country because this election has caused so much in the way of hard feelings and unrest. Maybe I should. I will concede. Maybe. I don’t know.”
3) The media reports that he conceded, making themselves look like asses once again.
4) The Left and DS make themselves look like asses in their celebration. Trump supporters come out en masse to demand he stays and they are joined by some people who were previously not his supporters but see a Trump presidency as a a better bet for their future.
5) Then, just like there was a second wave to the ‘rona (supposedly), there is a second wave to revelations about the conspiracy, this time concerning the media’s involvement.
6) Trump says “I didn’t concede.”
7) The media, Left, and DS says “Yes, you did.”
8) Trump says,”No, I said xxxxx. Let’s go to the videotape. Why would I concede when it is clear that you guys did x, y, and z against me and the American people.”
9) Antifa and BLM go apesh*t again.
10) They are arrested en masse.
11) More revelations come out about the media’s involvement in the conspiracy, as well as the involvement of other institutions, such as Hollywood, CEO’s of some companies, heads of charities, etc..
12) Throughout much of Trump’s second term various trials take place. The Left, DS, and remnants of their media sycophants say, “But Trump is illegitimate. He conceded.” They look very stupid and desperate to most people for saying this as more and more people awaken and understand the magnitude of their crimes.
So, for a moment in time, Trump looks weak for seemingly conceding but at the same time looks to be the bigger and more patriotic man next to Biden, he momentarily freaks out his supporters, who clamor for him to stay, makes the DS and Left get all excited and then have a temper tantrum that is a nail in their coffin as far as garnering any meaningful popular support, and for years the remnants of the DS point to this pseudo concession when making claims about his illegitimacy because that is all they have left.
