Kayleigh Mcenany Says She Has PA Secretary Of State Emails Telling Her Minions In Liberal Counties To 'Fix The Vote'

I think Kayleigh says something different on the video. What she says is that on the eve of the election the PA SOS sent out a CYA text to all 67 counties telling them it was OK to fix ballot problems. The SOS told the liberal counties the same thing days BEFORE the election, so Biden voters had more time to fix their ballots than did Trump voters.
