The MI comment is interesting. That goes along with Trump cutting the CIA, FBI and civilian intelligence out of the loop in this quest. It would also support the use of martial law theory. But like you said, not substantiated.

Trump has something big up his sleeve he's keeping close to the vest. You can smell it coming. He's almost giddy. Not the demeanor of a man who has lost.
