The MI comment is interesting. That goes along with Trump cutting the CIA, FBI and civilian intelligence out of the loop in this quest. It would also support the use of martial law theory. But like you said, not substantiated.

Am thinking enforcing the 2018 EO makes use of martial law unnecessary. (It would actually play into the Rats paws. )They’d find ML easier to criticize and gain support than his using the new Space Force (Kragen is the cyber security branch of it) combined with 2018 EO that they didn’t challenge.
