Jemian...it confuses me more reading this but Nixon isn't direct in his statement. Or is he Jem?

I’ll be here today and I hope that all of you will take a moment or an hour or all day to drop by and relax and let go of these crazy current events long enough to reconnect with God and with each other!

Jeeves stopped by to say that he’s missed all of us and that soon he will have the kitchen overflowing with food and drinks for everyone!

I don’t know. My parents would have said that Nixon was never direct in his statements. However, no politician or Ambassador is ever direct. That way, they can be on all sides of an issue w/o actually taking a stand.

I think Nixon was saying he should not have tried to cover up the crime which, it is claimed, he knew nothing about until the men were caught in the act. I was in college during that time and not quite paying attention. I’m sharing my impressions which have lingered and perhaps didn’t know the details myself.
