How did the auction go?
The closed restaurant where the auction was held was filthy. The advertised items we were looking to buy had caked on grease. Ewwwww. Needless to say , we did not purchase anything. However , nearby was a restaurant supply store where we did by a Bunn coffee maker for the Legion.
Now the sad news. Last Friday 2 women were on the dance floor without masks for few seconds. Many told them to put them on. They did. Well, apparently someone told the “authorities” and they called Commander Larry. He was told no more bands. Not good news , but at least they didn’t shut the Legion down.
