This video of the launch of NASA SpaceX is an outstanding tribute to American exceptionality and free enterprise. Its part in space exploration as well as the photography chronicling it back to earth are both amazing.
I have been avoiding the general news so I did not know if it was even advertised much in advance. I had read that Elon musk took four COVID-19 test on the same day at the same place and got two positive an two negative results. I wonder if that was ever mentioned in the general press.
When President Trump was in Florida for the launch of the first SpaceX Falcon to go to the space station, he gave what was possibility his finest speech ever. It was a combination of praising the American spirit, the people who worked on SpaceX , and the people at NASA as well as about the COVID-19 situation and how American were working to overcome it.
Most of the media ignored his speech completely. I do remember one totally anti-Trump commentator saying that it was the best speech President Trump had ever delivered. I wonder if she got reprimanded for that comment.
Freedom of religion, freedom of assembly, freedom of speech are all under attack from the left. Very frightening times.
After a wild weekend of no internet on Sat., was able to get on yesterday but very spotty and then FR was down, I’m finally catching up with posts that I missed.
