Our youngest daughter who is now 38 years old... went through a stage where she got a bunch of tattoos. She tried to hide them from me to begin with. Of course 20 years later they now all look hideous. She married a conservative and they go to a conservative church. The tatts have got to be an embarrassment at this point. Fortunately most of them can be covered with long sleeves and pants or long dresses.

I had gotten a small tattoo when I was 18 on my forearm. Big mistake as I work in an office. Had it surgically removed at a cost of $500 for two procedures and best $$ I've spent. I can wear short sleeves in the summer now.

What they really need is a standard on inks to make laser removal more consistent. Ink depth is a big factor as well for laser.

Told my kids that if you're going to get a tattoo, get it where only you and your spouse can see it.
