Do you have a link to that? I can find nothing on a search at all. He's still showing as Acting Secretary. His appointment was called illegal, but he's also still showing on Wikipedia as Acting Secretary too. Usually liberals run with that stuff, and change the pages as quickly as they can.

Whether Haspel should be fired has been a subject of multiple discussions inside the White House over last 48 hours but it remains to be seen if Trump will follow through.
