OK, I want you to be correct. But why use the word “perhaps” if you are so sure about this?
Because M means it could have happened in other states too...
Ive wonderd about TN from the start...Trump only got 60% here...
Enough here and there to matter...30,000 odd votes over 30 states are another million that Trump would have had stolen from him...not really enough in an individual state to really cause alarm but over all those combined states ???
It could be tens of millions, I’m not on the counting team.
