WATCH: Massive gator spotted strolling around Naples golf course

NAPLES, Fla. – It’s just another day in Florida – a large gator was spotted strolling around a golf course in Naples on Wednesday.

A video shows the gator wandering around and enjoying the tropical conditions at the Valencia Golf & Country Club.

The country club is located on Double Eagle Trail off Randall Boulevard. Sort video at link.

The ones that do it dredge them out, most times. Usually once a year in the winter. They get the label stamped out with XXXX’s when they’re resold, but they work reasonably well.

A half-back is a yankee that moves to Florida, decides they don’t like it, then moves “halfway back” to the north.

They usually end up in Tennessee or the Carolinas. There are whole communities of half-backs in those states.

Divers. I had a friend that did it for a few years. He was bitten a few times. We used to pay him 50 cents a ball if he’d give us the good ones (which we’d sell for a dollar). He’d sell the rest to public driving ranges, etc.
