Jay Sekulow has argued cases in the Supreme Court more times than you’ve been in your own bathroom this week.

Seriously, he’s been before the Supremes a dozen times and prevailed in all but 3 or 4; he’s a legal heavyweight, whose paid his dues, and forged a track record of respectable litigative success.

Don’t dismiss the man; he’s got the chops to do this job well.
