Interview with Rudy Giuliani Succinctly Laying Out the Election Fraud

Interview with Rudy Giuliani where he succinctly summarizes the election fraud cases. A few key points: - witnesses signed affidavits (Dominion worker not a Republican vote watcher that stayed on when people were told to go home) stating that thousands of ballots were brought in when the vote counting stopped, all for Biden, not in proper containers, spilling out of the boxes, because they didn't realize Trump would receive so many votes and they needed to make it up. - City Democrat worker flipped and described the plan that they started in September about how the Democrats planned to fraudulently steal the election - Asked about talking to three letter agencies about the Dominion software issues. Rudy said he could not comment on that, but he did set out problems with the software itself flipping votes.

If we accept this and move on, what is the next freedom you are willing to lay down at their feet? Make no mistake if the win this theft, this blatant, in your face, theft, do you believe there would ever be another election in this country that wasn’t predetermined? Not only that, if we move on, what other freedoms will you lay down at their feet willingly? They won’t stop. They already are censoring speech, the next might be freedom of assembly, one by one till they take away the big one the 2nd amendment.

If we move on we die by the chipping away of freedom. I cannot live that way therefore I fight. This is the hill I die on.

Do you think the Trump team has one primary argument that they plan to make to support not certifying Biden as the winner in these swing states?

Some suggest that the current lawsuits are meant to buy time and that Trump hopes to reveal a centralized method of fraud. That is, showing that the Dems used the hammer and scorecard approach to changing vote totals as they were received from counties and reported to the various secretaries of state.

If that is what happened — vote totals were changed to improve Biden’s position by 3% in each swing state — wouldn’t even a simple recount catch that?

I suspect that both traditional fraud was unleashed (made easier by vote by mail) and perhaps this hammer and scorecard approach too.

I wish Free Republic Had a Stand Up And Cheer button. Because that’s how your post makes me feel. This war is for our Republic for our freedoms and for the future we leave to our children. This is the hill I choose to die on, and I cannot think of better company to align myself with.

I’ve had some experience with lawsuits, enough to know there is a complaint and expected remedy. Rudy appears to be spelling out the complaint. The requested remedy likely has to be well laid out in law and/or prior case precedent.

It appears there is a multi pronged effort based on the various types of election fraud they can currently prove.

My belief is the fraud is centralized within the DNC itself. It has to be, or the methods of fraud would not be duplicated and so well coordinated in so many different places. I do not think this will be proven.

All that can be proven are the individual cases of fraud with each state.

Simple (as in a non-computer) recount done by humans examining each ballot for authenticity would be the best remedy as apparently being done in Georgia. The problem here is how do they separate the fraudulent votes?

Were Ted Olson and David Bois election law specialists in 2000?

If you were facing criminal charges for securities fraud, would you want a securities lawyer or a criminal defense lawyer to argue your case in court?

Here’s how “specialties matter”: arguing appellate cases and trial advocacy are specialties.

These cases are all going to be ultimately fought at that level. Larger law firms have guys and gals who don’t specialize in a particular area of law like tax or estate planning or election law, they argue and try cases. Smaller firms often have outstanding trial and appellate lawyers, and they will farm out the research to people who spend too much time on political message boards. You act like you know what you are talking about, so I’m surprised you didn’t know that trial advocacy and appellate practice are specialties.

These election cases also involve Constitutional issues. See Bush v. Gore.

Complex case management is another “specialty” that comes into play. What is needed is a leader who has broad experience in as many of the areas which touch on these cases as possible. Rudy G. fits that description. What if it turns out that he is managing a team that includes “election law specialists?” He just might be managing such a team!

The poster I was responding to said Rudy's the mouthpiece and Sekulow and Powell were in the back room doing the legal work.

I said I hope not. At this stage that needs to be done by election lawyers.

Republican governors need to call up their State Guards to help at every suspect counting facility.

I don’t know what “back room legal work” even means. I hope that Sekulow and Powell (and their teams) are putting together the arguments. They are very good at it.

Sekulow and Powell are being presented with research memoranda about the issues and evidence, and creating arguments from them. They are not doing the primary research any more than an offensive coordinator in football charts plays.

Rudy is obviously the mouthpiece, just like James Baker was the mouthpiece in 2000. I don’t think that Rudy is on Westlaw doing research. You don’t think that either, I hope. James Baker didn’t research or argue the case in 2000. Ted Olson argued it in the USSC. He was not known to be an election lawyer.

“At this stage that needs to be done by election lawyers.” That’s what is happening. Rudy is the guy who tells everyone about it, and he might be in charge of managing some or all of it. We really don’t know the internal structure of the team. You don’t want an “election lawyer” being the PR face unless you want to put the public to sleep.

Jones Day is just one of the law firms involved. Don McGahn is a partner at that firm. He was on the Federal Election Commission for 5 years and was lead counsel for Trump’s 2016 campaign. They should have enough people who know where to look for the law, and they are just one of the firms in this.

Your concern is unfounded. If this is lost, it will not be for a lack of election law specialists.

Cute response. How’s AZ working out? And I am well aware of what’s in store for us. But everyone is assuming these courts will just move forward with the lawsuits, see the fraud, and vote with Trump. Not going to happen. 3-4 states need to be overturned. Tall order considering the deep state and what we face. UNLESS, I am unaware of some behind the scenes government sting operation....it is not going to end well.

It may take time to get to the bottom of it. Look at what the Democrats did after Nixon won overwhelmingly in 1972, they sure didn’t give up. Neither should we.

Only if we let them do it. How can they do anything if all 70 million of us stay together?

Patience, Pilgrim, you don't let the cat out of the bag until all the rats are in the open.

Consider what proof of vote switching on a massive scale will do to the public opinion of the demon rats and the fixers. We The People are the true sovereigns and our most important responsibility is voting to express our sovereign voice.

The vote switching IS the most enormous cancellation of the rule of law. If allowed to stand it ends the Republic. IT ENDS THE REPUBLIC ... and that's why it was done, so Harris could ascend to the throne and issue the globalists' agenda to end America as an obstruction to their one-world rule. The title of antichrist is in the pudding, Pilgrim.

Exposing such massive disenfranchisement is a sword of TRUTH.

What can we actually do? I’ve gone to the rallies, I’ve posted pro trump on social media, I’ve donated money for the cause....lost friends and family for this. Let me know what we can actually do and I’ll do it.
