I took the real announcement (the people as far as I can tell are Derps who work for groups *advising* the real CISA)...and put it into a meme maker, and added the lines about Epstein myself, to see if anybody would notice.

Here is the actual release which is worrisome unless this is a diversion. If not, another agency filled with folks from Derpistan.
