#1 No! As far as a sitting President, there should be no concession, until votes are certified, and issues of voter fraud litigated.
Important: This is contingent upon the fraud being committed by the challenger. If fraud is committed by those supporting the President, then the President should concede.
#2 Yes! A challenger, knowing that fraud has been committed, must concede, or be eventually tried for treason for the attempt to remove from office a sitting President.
Bidit is committing something. The election is over when one candidate concedes or the election is certified. For him to be walking around as NOT the President Elect, and telling foreign leaders not to work with the current admin should be a violation of the Logan act, and not a joke, this is exactly why the law was enacted.
