“Misprision of felony” is a crime that occurs when someone knows a felony has been committed, but fails to inform the authorities about it.
They must interview the poll workers in these counties with inexplicable numbers. Have them sign a form stating they understand 1001 (lying) and 4 (failure to inform). It is a free talk and anything they say cannot be used against them as long as they are truthful.
I am sure they will get right on that. We are WAY PAST the probable cause stage given the sworn affidavits.
