Doug Collins could be involved on the presidential election, but not the senate elections, since he was one of the candidates.

Important point noted.

He could, of course, provide in real-time a wealth of knowledge to those generally interested in the analysis of Georgia elections.

An audit is way better. Instead of having drones just recounting you have lawyers doing forensics; checking signatures, dates, anything that looks anomalous.
