No court is going to overturn a presidential election.

Remember that the presidential election is still weeks away from officially "being decided." We still need to follow our normal process of the Electoral College meeting to vote (Dec 14) and the results of that vote will need to be formally received by Congress in early January. If the Electoral College for any reason is unable to establish a winner, the states will then vote (one vote per state by the state legislatures)

That has been the process since our nation was formed.

Nowhere in the Constitution is it stated that media outlets decide our elections!

So right now, there is NOTHING to overturn.

The Court will not intervene to alter the current results. The GOP legislatures in Pa, Ga, Wi, and Mi and Az will certify the candidate with the most votes. Despite the fact that there was/is widespread fraud, Biden will be certified as POTUS Elect on Dec 6.
