At least this particular "tick-tock" has a time limit.
States are going to have to certify election results within a few weeks. I believe the hard deadline is Dec 14 - which is when electors need to show up in Washington DC and cast votes for their respective states.
Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm also hearing Jan 5 is another deadline, in which the states themselves cast one vote each for president (should the electoral college not be able to establish a winner). In this scenario, Trump would have the advantage is the Republicans control the state legislatures in many more states than do the Democrats. I believe GOP has something like a 31-19 advantage.

I predict in the coming days, we will see Biden concede the race and attempt to slink away.

I hope so but I don’t see Joe giving up easily.
Remember that the presidential election is still weeks away from officially "being decided." We still need to follow our normal process of the Electoral College meeting to vote (Dec 14) and the results of that vote will need to be formally received by Congress in early January. If the Electoral College for any reason is unable to establish a winner, the states will then vote (one vote per state by the state legislatures)
That has been the process since our nation was formed.
Nowhere in the Constitution is it stated that media outlets decide our elections!
So right now, there is NOTHING to overturn.

We have one lawyer in our large extended family, and he is an old fashioned democrat. So, he still gets invited to family functions.
He feels that there is so much evidence against the Dems, that they will sacrifice Biden. Then, when he withdraws and concedes defeat, he will have a terrible health event shortly after his mia culpa.
Then, the Republicans will avoid pushing him into going to jail if he is even still alive.
Lower level voter fraud criminals in this election B$ will get sweetheart deals if they plead guilty. Most will take the deal, go to jail or pay a fine or both.
Hunter will plead guilty on some low level crime.
President Trump will be installed in time for his 2nd term.
