The only evidence in a court of law is the sworn testimony of an individual. Affidavits are sworn testimony and therefore are evidence.

Yesterday, Lin had tweeted requesting help/and to NOT retreat... and then he went on a glorious tweet rampage, against Kemp.
Loving how this is playing out.
I believe strongly he would not have risked his reputation to tweet what he did without having absolute confirmation that Trump actually won this election by a landslide. The icing on the cake was his statement that Biden will soon be an inmate.
That is a powerful statement for a man in his position to make so it carries a lot of weight with me.
It could be nothing more than Gina wanting a photo op with what appeared to be classified information in her hand.
She knows her head is on the chopping block. I think I read where she is friendly with Mcconnell.
