I wonder if Trump made a deal with the Libertarian Jo Jorgensen for her votes if the legislatures would award him the electors?

Votes for Jorgensen won’t matter at all. Jorgensen has literally zero chance of winning any state. Arguing in some fashion that her vote tallies should be added to Trump’s is childish.

Who is she, anyway? The Libertarians couldn’t have chosen a more obscure candidate.

Libertarians may drain Republican votes. But insulting them isn’t going to achieve anything. Most Libertarians I know end up voting Republican. Insulting them won’t win more of their votes. Getting republicans to actually carry out some smaller govt initiatives would get more of their votes. I thought we wanted smaller govt?

There is talk that the Libertarian ticket could drain Trump votes in swing states. I personally don’t think the tiny fraction of Libertarian votes will make any difference as Trump is way ahead of Biden in legal votes cast.

I would not be at all surprised if the Dominion software moved a few thousand votes from the Libertarian to Biden. No one would miss them, would they? But they sure would help Biden in an extremely tight race.
