Since voting is most definately a national security issue, armed federal agents and federalized national guard shall
A) set up, check, and certify equipment.
B) Store, transport, and guard both blank and filled out ballots
C) Release ballots only when both parties are available to watch the count.
D) Secure the tabulations and release BOTH parties numbers across all jurisdictions at the same time.
E) Enforce local, state, and federal law and have arrest powers
Monitor with all ISR equipment available including videos, SIGINT, IMINT, etc.
No unsolicited mail out of ballots. Only secure absentee ballots. Also, the voting prior to the elections needs to be minimal, the longer the time, the more harvesting opportunity.
