Hand counting fraudulent ballots isn’t going to help is it? Do they inspect and audit the ballots. The Democrats clearly prepared for possibility of recounts?
Don't know the answer to that. Did have to show an ID when I voted.
They were sloppy in their theft in the late hours so they should get caught.
By hand counting votes, any infiltration of “digital” votes will be eliminated.
