ER-visit trauma to the human system. Yes, but these are homeopathic dilutions. In this case a 4X dilution which means 1 part oleander extract per 10,000, and even then you only take a drop of the dilution.
Apparently safe, except for viruses.

I’ve taken a homeopathic heart remedy make from snake vemon. Homeopathic remedies have such dilution that they are harmless.
