So if I’m reading things right, barring any SCOTUS decision, the Constitution requires each state’s legislature to determine a winner IF that state is still contested. I assume this is by 12/8/2020.

If that’s the case the PA and MI legislatures were controlled by Republicans before the 2020 election. I do not know where they stand now. Anyone know of a site that has the state wide races results?

I’m thinking it has to be the current group because of the dates. Electors meet in Dec. Any new legislators terms likely start sometime next year.
