To commemorate Veterans Day and honor those who have served in the military, Sec. Bernhardt announced that Gold Star Families and Veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces will have free entrance to national parks forever!
What better way to contemplate the sacrifices made for this country than to take in the amazing beauty of America.

everybody else has to pick up the cost of that. I’m not so sure I agree with it. Not the Gold Star families so much as the all veterans part of it. Somebody’s got to pay for the upkeep of those parks. What’s to stop veterans from just moving their RVs onto the park and living free of charge?
