He planted the seed in the first couple sentences talking about the NSA having spent 4 years developing countermeasures to election interference. Something is up.

McConnell said the votes have not been certified and some races seem to be in dispute. He stressed that POTUS has every right to bring legal challenges. He also told the Rats he wasn't interested in any lectures from people who still haven't accepted the results of the last election, particularly since they have been warning for months that this one might be fraudulent too.
That's pretty much it.

Talking about how Repubs came out in big numbers for Senate and House.
No state has not certified their election counts. PTUS has legal action happening i FIVE states. In USA all LEGAL ballots must be counted....courts are here to work through concerns.
OUr institutions are actually built on this & POTUS is 100% right to weigh ALL of his LEGAL options....
