Related issue in denials, as everybody and their brother in the media are suddenly coming out with “fact check” articles attempting to “debunk” the fraud.

The media are in this up to their necks... and are desperate to prevent fraud being shown, in part because it will end up requiring it be revealed what their role is... lying for a living... so over-the-top is the only way to go ?
All the major media outlets are suddenly pretending they have new found authority as their own fact checkers... which is amusing enough... but, their “efforts” are clearly bogus.
This over-the-top effort is an example... bending over backwards and yelling to claim as false something that is clearly true. FWIW, I found this letter floating around the internet and provided to others... Rudy showed a copy of it on TV ? Others have found it and linked it ?
Why wouldn’t they just admit there was a letter and show it to you by linking it ?

Media’s role.
My post 101 noted the issue, edited here as:
A Free Market is one in which there is 1.) NO FRAUD, 2.) NO MONOPOLY, and 3.) NO BARRIERS TO PARTICIPATION. How does that short description of freedom in its economic aspect align with our reality today... in terms of the election ?
1.) No fraud ? There is abundant evidence of rampant fraud.
The entire election was A GIANT FRAUD...
2.) No evidence of context being dominated by monopolies ?
The media have been lying about everything... inventing news and pretending its real... denying truths... backing up the most egregious lies being told by Democrats... and CENSORING FREE SPEECH... de-platforming opposition outlets. It is NOT POSSIBLE to have a free election... without free speech.
3.) No evidence of anyone being shut out of rightful participation ? It is a FACT that Republicans have been shut out of participation that is critical to establishing the legitimacy of the vote, and the legitimacy of the entire process. The process this cycle... was ILLEGITIMATE... and the ELECTION WAS ILLEGITIMATE in result.
So, was it a free election or not ?
No. It was not a free election. It was election theater.
And, the MEDIA... are KNOWING PARTICIPANTS IN THE FRAUD.
Start with... the polls were not “accidentally” wrong... but deliberately so... as part of the scamming of the public to delude them into believing it could be close... when there was ZERO chance that it could be...

Her answer is well known around here by now... “That is true... it is somehow related to this... but I do not know whether good guys got it or bad guys got it.”
But, the whole story... Rudy and she are both serious as can be when she’s saying “that is true, it is somehow related to this”... but Sidney is obviously trying and failing to suppress a laugh on the last part... while Rudy is much less able to contain an obvious audible laugh while he’s grinning like a Cheshire cat...
Not terribly subtle... and unmistakable if you’re looking for it...
They said the words required... AND told the truth... ?
I note there’s only one side in the controversy that seems to be running and hiding right now... while baying at the moon... and issuing easily dis-proven denials...

Haven’t noted any links in there yet addressing Georgia SOS taking $103 million Dominion contract for the state... with reports it came with $106 million... including bribes from Dominion ? Where did I see that ?

Note the media response to the hour long presentation of accusations of physical fraud made by Giuliani, and then Powell presenting concerns with digital fraud ? Note, particularly, that it was Tucker Carlson who was shoved out front to question Powell?
Why did they ignore Rudy’s information... as if it didn’t happen... and focus on Powell... to claim “nothing there” ?
It’s because the digital fraud isn’t an isolated incident... but HAS TO BE part of a conspiracy... THAT INCLUDES THEM.
So, they’ll fight the truth tooth and nail...
Notice how the the 4 AM drop of the media talking points... mirrors the 4 AM drop of the vote count ? Hmmm. When its 4 AM EST... what time is it in Frankfurt ?
The fraud isn’t “simple”...
It consists of the three elements in the opposite of a free market... or a free election...
No fraud... versus obvious fraud.
No monopoly... versus control of coordinated propaganda.

Interestingly, Service Point Solutions stock changed inflection on Sept 14th, and then spiked on October 8th... so the date on which the deal was being made and enabled insider trading to occur... is a lot sooner than the dates we’re told the acquisition really occurred.

Much there to unpack...
Bottom lines...
1. Sidney is being thrown under the bus... as occurs to anyone in the Trump orbit who appears to be getting a bit too much attention... or, anyone who enjoys it too much.
Same thing happened to Steve Bannon once upon a time ?
Don’t read too much into that yet... as it might also represent ONLY a tactical decision that isolates Sidney in a good way. But, as fact, as she’s been operating as Trump’s lawyer... if Trump doesn’t allow her to use the evidence HE has control over... she has no path forward. And, again, don’t read too much into that... as it doesn’t say there isn’t a path forward for her... only says she won’t be representing the Trump brand while proceeding.
2. Rudy is also being “sidelined”... in favor of a cadre of more technical election law litigators... and that’s a good thing too... but no one wants to talk about that in the same way... why ? Preserves the same division I’d noted earlier in the nature of the physical vs digital frauds.
3. Some of the change is a declaration of success... in that the push given to the story this week has proven sufficient to generate movement... it got things rolling... and in one sense it doesn’t matter now, or it is only a benefit, in the degree people are aware of the problem and that makes them angry about the change... and it adds to the momentum.
4. Barnes is horribly wrong about a couple of things... notably... he’s not a tech guy and doesn’t understand the issues in the computer fraud AT ALL. He’s just horribly wrong about that. He’s also wrong about the Q issue, I think... including somewhat wrong in terms of some of its impact in the long term, but probably not wrong re the intent of it being in deflecting adherents from a more active form of participation in a more useful activism, intentionally sidelining many of those being told “don’t worry, we got this”. In the long term, though, disappointing those people... has bigger costs than it has short term benefits... other than that it does tend to restrain the tendency to violence... until it doesn’t. Barnes thinking the recent computer related stuff is all a Q deflection... looks almost deliberately wrong, IMO.
5. But, that doesn’t make Barnes wrong about the legal decision that has been made... to focus the legal effort on the physical frauds... AND the ongoing malfeasance obstructing proper process. He’s probably not wrong about the relative division in utility and provability... given that most judges are also not computer experts.
That case will take more time than is available to develop it fully, perhaps, but there’s obviously not going to be enough time to make judges into geeks who get it... when it also requires seeing a conspiracy on a scale that they’re probably wanting to, hoping to, working to (and being paid to) avoid seeing.
He only mentioned it briefly... and understated it... but the Michigan Secretary of State’s decision to threaten the Wayne County canvas board members with legal action... is both a felony under Michigan law... and a violation of 18USC 242... deprivation of rights under color of law. Georgia is probably only worse in relation to election law, if having thus far avoided exposing the state officials as thugs.
Barnes is right... that those are the kinds of things judges will understand... and might even be made angry about... and want to sink their teeth into. And doing that, in itself, doesn’t require taking judicial, systemic or personal safety risks...
6. The rest... an open question...
Other explanations might exist for “sidelining” the digital fraud... and those are a reason for concern.
a. It might be the case that a political decision has been made... to put a simple case forward now to benefit re-election, putting that ahead of energizing a more functional activism... or to throttle it a bit... slow the roll... to manage the clock...
b. Also could be... a political DEAL was made... to step back from threatening things that are more direct challenges to “the powers that be”... and the structure of the fraud in the broad terms I discuss... as 1.) a physical fraud, with 2.) a digital fraud that is a conspiracy that includes the monopoly of media control of propaganda... and also threatens three letter agency turf... as well as oligarchical billionaire status as above the law... and, 3.) the physical obstruction of legitimate process... Republicans denied oversight...
c. The shift carves out 2.) above... leaves intact 1.) and 3.) along with an open ended ability to discover the conspiracy extant between 5 (?) states (and who else ?) in those two areas... which, of course, also might lead to discovery exposing additional elements in 2.)
d. Additional risk that making a deal could mean... never addressing the deeper problem in corruption... even if it is paired with a nod in the deal to make/allow Trump’s second term happen... in order to avoid that more onerous risk...
7. Powell made a number of strong statements though. She noted she’s seen what she’s seen... and can’t unsee it. And that’s true of MILLIONS of others too, now...
So, Twitter taking down Powell’s account... only convinces those people who DO get it now... that they’re right.
8. I suspect not in others calculus (or, for others, perhaps that is point of it ?) that backing away from the issue of addressing (and correcting?) the issue of computer vote fraud (and media monopoly co-ordination of propaganda)... truly makes violence VASTLY more likely.
And, note, Barnes pointing out... agreeing with Powell... that computer based election fraud is an issue that many Republicans are on the wrong side of ? Barnes notes it as R’s history of “support” for computer voting... Powell addresses it as an issue with candidates from both Parties “buying the results” of elections... but the same thing in either case... showing fraud is an issue independent of party... with some... who do tend to get shut down... being more honest about it than others.
And, because some critics will claim now that Powell’s efforts were “having no impact” or only “negative” impact ?

Still missing something in the ‘divide’ between physical fraud and computer fraud ?
It is that they’re probably not independent in origin or objective... so expecting they’d be “independently operated” as if those cheating one way were unaware there might be others cheating by other means, too... AND that someone checking up on them, later ?
They weren’t overly skilled in execution... but, do give them credit for not being total morons when planning it ?
The “extended deadline” for counting... when fake mail-in ballots are everywhere... only means they’ve given themselves the time... and created a clear path, given no one was there to provide the legally required oversight, since R observers were obstructed from observing (ie., were not observers)... they could easily plan to “balance the books” between the computer fraud in the digital count... and the paper fraud catching up to it later to make the books balance.
So, you can’t expect to use the paper count to prove the miscount on election night was driven by a computer fraud that happened... but the fact the paper balances now isn’t close to a proof that the computer fraud didn’t happen...?
Paper ballot insertions will still likely be provable... if you check signatures and other “faked ballot” indicators.
So, the computer fraud... will have to be proven by computer means... and the testimony of those doing the deed... as well as those observing it happen (we saw it happening live on CNN... and you can’t make that go away).
The statistical element... won’t be able to... and won’t NEED to differentiate between the origins of a fake vote and the statistical proof its a fake.
FWIW, I’ve been telling D friends this would have to happen... that it will be the D’s own long knives and not the R’s that are the real risk to the perps...
Just as “the powers that be” played Republicans for years... allowing the party to be led by the Chamber of Commerce Republicans... but always pulling the plug, losing to Democrats on purpose, if anyone from the Religious Right or the Libertarian wing of the party came close to winning ?
Same thing on the left, now. The corruption is just fine for those who are fostering it... in both parties.
There are people on the left who care, too... but, their voices are drowned out even more than the voices of those on the right who insist that the corruption must be ended.

I just don’t believe its ONLY about the money...
Powell represents a threat to the money. Which is why we should support her.
Hopefully, Sidney will find a way to quickly organize something larger... something more than just herself... something capable of doing bigger things than just herself... creating a larger movement out of her crusade.
If she can convert her crusade into a business... the way Candace Owens has... ?
