Quantifying illegal votes cast by non-citizens in the battleground states of the 2020 presidential election
Based on current population data from the Census Bureau and voting data from previous elections, Just Facts has conducted a study to estimate the number of votes illegally cast by non-citizens in the battleground states of the 2020 election. The results—documented in this spreadsheet—show that such fraudulent activities have netted Joe Biden the following extra votes in these tightly contested states:
- Arizona: 51,081 ± 17,689
- Georgia: 54,950 ± 19,025
- Michigan: 22,585 ± 7,842
- Nevada: 22,021 ± 7,717
- North Carolina: 46,218 ± 16,001
- Pennsylvania: 32,706 ± 11,332
- Wisconsin: 5,010 ± 1,774
If the lower end of these illegal vote estimates were removed from the vote tallies as of November 8, 2020, 2:00 AM EST, Donald Trump would be leading in states that have a total of 259 electoral votes, or 11 shy of the 270 needed to win the presidency. If the upper end of the illegal vote estimates were removed, Trump would be leading in states that have 285 electoral votes, or 15 more than needed to win the presidency.
These estimates account for just one type of election fraud, and they tend to understate it because they depend on Census surveys, which are known to undercount non-citizens.
Just Facts asked a Ph.D. scholar who specializes in data analytics to critically review this study, and he assessed it as follows:

In accord with the open doors to illegal voting, scientific surveys of non-citizens have found that:
15% admitted they were registered to vote in 2008, and 8% stated “I definitely voted” in the 2008 U.S. presidential election.
14% admitted they were registered to vote in 2012, and 9% stated “I definitely voted” in the 2012 U.S. presidential election.
13% of Hispanic non-citizens admitted they were registered to vote in 2013.

Now, we need a miracle for Trump to prevail.
In what situation would Supreme Court invalidate the votes and instruct state legislature to select EVs? This is the best outcome for trump because he may have lost it with legit votes and that most swing states are Republicans
Can SC invalidate the votes of a state?
Has they done it in the past?

It appears this will be up to the individual states and their judicial systems and vote counters.

I don’t think there has been an election where fraud was acknowledged as deterministic in the outcome. That is not to say that Richard Nixon didn’t really win in 1960, or that the 2000 election in FL was really that close, for example, but no presidential election has never been decided in the courts on the basis of “fraud” AFAIK.
If the PA or any other state vote has been tainted enough to cast serious doubt on the outcome (in PA it has) then the SC could simply tell the state legislature that the vote is corrupt and they need to exercise their prerogative to select a slate of electors. If that results in multiple slates of electors sending votes to the EC then it gets messy. Probably the legislature can also dismiss any competing slate, or such a slate is tied up in court and cannot cast votes legally and the legislature’s slate supersedes. Perhaps all the EVs from that state are rejected (get your house in order!) and then potentially nobody gets 270 and it goes to the House.
If there is anyone who could stop the fraud, it’s President trump. There is no Republican that would fight anything period. So
When elections are stolen on a regular basis, the candidate cannot afford to audit the vote, it’s very very expensive and there is not a lot of time to get it done. So
There basically isn’t any recourse for a candidate. So the laws mean nothing and there is no consequences for voter fraud. So voter fraud really is just part of elections now.
Now I have learned that courts won’t do anything unless you have enough evidence to overturn the election. So as long as you can’t come up with X amount of votes, the courts are saying we know you got robbed, we know someone set your house on fire, we know someone killed your granny but it’s not enough of a crime for us to rule on. What is the remedy? Re-vote? Heavens no.
In comes Donald trump, rah roh, now for the first time we may have a chance to bust this wide open, and stop the fraud that has been going on for years unabated. Call him and tell him not to concede. Send him some money. He needs it.
