It is the policy of DOJ to not publicly announce any investigation of election fraud or disputes until after all ballots are counted.

This does not mean they must remain inactive, an investigation can be conducted, but must not be publicly disclosed until after the dust has settled after an election, 10 days is a reasonable amount of time for all ballots to be counted.

This is a rule that has been followed for many years (no public announcement) to prevent influcing the outcome of an election.

Do not interpret DOJ silence at this time to mean inactivity!

I thought Rudy was great yesterday at the press conference at the landscape company.

Speaking of landscape company seemed to be a strange place to hold a press conference.

Reading (unverified) that it was held there because they had video of vans full of ballots being delivered to crematorium across the street.

Also seeing reports (unverified) that the landscaping business (or another landscaping business in PA) is involved in money laundering for the DNC.

These unverified (crematorium/money laundering) rumors speculate that the location of the press briefing was a message to the DS of what was coming next...

Not saying any of the above is true, but watching for verification.

Was looking through the manual on this. It’s really difficult to know how it’s applied.

We do know the FBI and DOJ are active in Nevada and Michigan. We’ll maybe learn something more soon or not.

Rudy did not lend any illumination when asked about the DOJ. Well, he was former DOJ himself. But he’s not going to talk about it as well he shouldn’t.
