In theory they can pick them any way they choose. Since ACB rendered SCOTUS an unreliable court backstop for their coup the strongest defense the left has left is to demoralize the GOP legislative majorities in our 6 key states. If their morale holds Trump can win regardless of all else. But since that power hasn’t been used since either 1824 or 1876 we need some spine transplants and reminding them of their duty to those who voted them in. Certainly Rat Reps would have no compunction against doing the reverse. Happily the only ones who can are for NV AND ME-2. Fighting the PR battle and the Court battle well and Trump remaining on 2nd debate ‘good Trump’ behavior helps. I’m sure many of the legislators would rather the Court win it for them, but can’t predict whether that will prove possible.

Look at the map below. RATs have no State house control of any state Trump won. Which led me to posting this vanity. It seems to me, the country is in rebellion, and State Legislatures need to step in, or this fraud will continue ... I'm wondering if Trump is having calls with GOP Legislature heads at this time. The only remedy the RATs have is burning down cities - I would imagine that's the risk:

I hope not. Trump won Penn, NC, GA, Mich, probably Wis, and I believe Virginia. No way Biden should have a chance to win.
