Biden talks of a mandate by the American people when the only mandate issued, however unwittingly, is the one by the Democrat Party to the Department of Justice, to deal with the injustices perpetrated upon the American people by the Democrat Party and their media partners in crime.

I don’t understand all of the analysis, but it sounds encouraging.

There is no integrity to this election. Biden is no legitimate.

Three things to focus on:
1) Clean up the voting process, too many opportunities for fraud - only way Dems can win in Blue corrupt cities. We need to count all the ballots and make sure we uncover the massive fraud, keep the lawsuits moving.
2) Focus on picking up the House in 2022.
3) Need a new media outlet for conservatives who want honest reporting.

* Here’s the kicker, people just elected and a corrupt media including FOX pronounced victory for a 78 year demented President, God save us.

Not certain what the author is thinking of but there are 435 members of the House of Representatives. And currently more Dhimmicrats than Republicans (232 Dhimmicrats to 197 Republicans).

Not really. The SOS for PA and MI will certify those states for Biden, and it will be all over long before that, unless there is judicial intervention. We cannot run out the clock without judicial intervention.

Why do you use the Dec. 14 date? I thought the key drop dead date for choosing electors is either Dec. 6 or Dec. 8.

I’ll read the full article but keeping with the long FR tradition of posting without reading past the headline intro, I am guessing this assumes that the vote will end up in the House.

Not sure that is what will happen. Even assuming that it can be proven beyond reasonable doubt that tens of thousands of votes in several states are fraudulent or ineligible, what is the proper remedy for the courts? I am not convinced at all they will be eager to throw out an entire state’s EC delegation. I don’t know what the remedy is. I don’t think they’d call for a re-vote either.

I am curious and I think people should demand that the vote counting machine software code be published. See if it is easy to “flip a digital switch” to move votes around. See if the machines are easy to tamper with either by the state officials or by remote hackers. This is something that should be simple. I remember the old “scan tron” machines they had in the 60’s and 70s that counted student test scores (fill in the bubble with a pencil). They were more or less analog and could not be hacked. Just set it and forget it - run the sheets through and grade the tests. Should be just as simple to tabulate votes. Seeing those massive sheets they use in PA and other states was crazy. What happened to the 4x8 sheets they used to use?

And that there are not incredible steps taken to secure the locations and secure the ballots is nutso. There should be 24/7 video monitoring (live stream, no “Epstein prison cell” cameras) of every facility, and every person handling ballots, with audit tracking of ballots, when they were received, where they came from, when they arrived, and sorted and maintained in impeccable condition, sequentially by arrival date. And much more than just that. No more of this “vans of boxes showing up at 3 am” crap.

Brilliant compilation of various thoughts about our best actions. We have to be aggressive pursuing this. These are legitimate checks and balances which exist to be used when necessary — we should use them.

The fraud and domestic terrorism of those swing states must be overcome. Too much is at stake, I am not the first to use those words.

You wrote:

Dec. 14 rolls by and the vote goes to the house.
Each house rep gets 1 vote.
Repubs have 26, Dems at 23. Even if they hold all 2018 wins, and gain Pennsylvania seat, they still end up at 26 vs. 24. 25 with Georgia iirc.

Where do the Repubs have 26 and the Dems 23? What are you talking about?

The flaw, is that the corrupt Commie-Rat SoS will certify the results. It would take the State Legislatures to decide to not only get involved, but formally challenge the certification. It would have to happen in multiple states.

The alternative, is judicial involvement, but what could they do? Order a new election - cannot happen in the time frame of the Constitutional requirements.

Will the House act if the case is still in the courts?
