I’ll read the full article but keeping with the long FR tradition of posting without reading past the headline intro, I am guessing this assumes that the vote will end up in the House.

Not sure that is what will happen. Even assuming that it can be proven beyond reasonable doubt that tens of thousands of votes in several states are fraudulent or ineligible, what is the proper remedy for the courts? I am not convinced at all they will be eager to throw out an entire state’s EC delegation. I don’t know what the remedy is. I don’t think they’d call for a re-vote either.

I am curious and I think people should demand that the vote counting machine software code be published. See if it is easy to “flip a digital switch” to move votes around. See if the machines are easy to tamper with either by the state officials or by remote hackers. This is something that should be simple. I remember the old “scan tron” machines they had in the 60’s and 70s that counted student test scores (fill in the bubble with a pencil). They were more or less analog and could not be hacked. Just set it and forget it - run the sheets through and grade the tests. Should be just as simple to tabulate votes. Seeing those massive sheets they use in PA and other states was crazy. What happened to the 4x8 sheets they used to use?

And that there are not incredible steps taken to secure the locations and secure the ballots is nutso. There should be 24/7 video monitoring (live stream, no “Epstein prison cell” cameras) of every facility, and every person handling ballots, with audit tracking of ballots, when they were received, where they came from, when they arrived, and sorted and maintained in impeccable condition, sequentially by arrival date. And much more than just that. No more of this “vans of boxes showing up at 3 am” crap.

There is no judicial remedy. This is a nonjusticeable political question.

There IS a body with Constitutional authority here, but it isn't a court.
