Any Secretary of State that certifies ballots which are fraudulent is a felon and that is a reality that that certification is null and void, as you can not certify a crime as legal. It is fraud. In the 12th Amendment, the Electoral College votes are sent to the Senate for counting by the President of the Senate. Here is the check and balance. The Senate is a legal body which holds impeachment trials as we have all witnessed. The President of the Senate has the oath to set aside states which have fraudulent votes. Nowhere does it state that a President has to win 270 votes as you have been lied to. The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice The President of the Senate has every right to set aside the fraudulent states which Joe Biden stole and not count them. This would add up to President Donald Trump having the most votes which were legal. This then means as Republicans have the most states for voting in the House, that Donald Trump would be elected President by the House, as the final check and balance against Joe Biden fraud. When one removes the fraud states of Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Virginia, Nevada and New Mexico, Biden's "legal" votes which are not legal as California is nothing but foreigners voting, Joe Biden's number is, 188 votes, while Donald Trump's legal votes are 214. It is time for the US Senate or the United States Supreme Court to set aside vote fraud states as they are criminal acts and are not part of free and fair elections, but are crimes. These states, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Virginia, Nevada and New Mexico,must be removed from the electoral election count as they are disenfranchising the legal United States.
