It would take very little time to visit 100 people from a suspect precinct. If 10 of them say they didn’t vote and are angry at their votes being stolen, that’s enough evidence to prove widespread fraud (to a statistician/pollster). It’s enough evidence for everyone to justify a full audit to see how widespread the fraud is.
