Lower courts are a joke! They are basically saying yeah that was bad and they shouldn’t have done that. However, its been counted so its a moot point.
Th whole idea of mail-in voting is to determine the numbers needed to ballot-stuff and harvest ballots when the in-person numbers come in.
The way the ballots are being counted they are not preserving the chain of evidence. Meaning they are throwing away envelopes or envelopes are not being kept with the ballot. In part because the ballots are being run through a scanner and stapled envelopes would cause jams.
Expect recounts to increase Biden’s leads.
That ooen fraud was allowed by Never Trumper SOS and AG .

You didn’t get a mail-in ballot automatically in PA, you had to request it. Before this year, you could only request one as an absentee ballot if you provided an excuse why you wouldn’t be home on election day.
My understanding is the Dems bombarded their voters with instructions on how to mail-in vote in PA this year but the GOP did not.
Regardless, the election, there always enough late dem votes found.
Maybe Pennsylvania should have its own Civil War, and some crooked postal workers could be the new Franz Ferdinands

In 2016, Trump lost NY by 24 but in 2020 only by 13.
In 2016, Trump won FL by 1 but in 2020 this year jumped to more than twice that.
