Instead of being mere bystanders to this OBVIOUS election steal, there is something we can ALL do right now: Contact the Republican state legislators of AZ, GA, NC, PA, MI, and WI. They MUST be made aware of both our outrage and their Constitutional power in the choosing of electors. Here is part of what Daniel Horowitz has stated in "How Republican-controlled state legislatures can rectify election fraud committed by courts and governors".
Who determines the outcome of the presidential election in a given state? Governors? Secretaries of state or boards of election superintendents? The courts? Fox News' decision desk? Nope. The president wins a state when electors selected by state legislatures conduct a vote in their respective states on Dec. 14. Thus, ultimately, according to the Constitution, the state legislators wind up serving as the kingmakers in a disputed election.
Endless pots of unverified mail-in ballots that often fail to meet state election law standards weren't created overnight at 3 a.m. on Nov. 4. They were created by a mix of illegal administrative actions taken by Democrat administrations in the key states and state and lower federal courts overriding long-standing state election laws. This has been going on for years, but accelerated to a fever pitch over the past few months.
The Constitution, in Art. I, §4, cl. 1, gives state legislatures the power over the times, methods, and procedures of elections and provides no "public health emergency" exception that enables governors or judges to override them and create a new system for elections. At its core, this is why we have such post-election chaos, and it was by design – set in motion for years by the courts and crystalized over the past few months by using COVID-19 to remake the in-person voting electorate into a postal ballot free-for-all, in what Justice Gorsuch described as the greatest judicial intervention in elections in 230 years.
Well, now state legislatures can have their revenge and have the final say, as intended by the Constitution. Mark Levin reminded his audience today that state legislatures are the ones who choose the electors who directly vote for president in each state.
Please read the whole article but the point is that the legislatures are the ones who choose the electors.
Therefore what WE can do is contact via phone or email the individual Republican state legislators who are the majority of all the states I listed above and tell them that due to the obvious vote fraud that has happened they are obligated to counter it with their power to choose the electors.
My recommendation is that Freepers compile contact lists of Republican legislators of each state listed above so we can contact them and get their feedback on this situation.
First, you’ll have to educate everyone involved about the Constitution. Most elected officials these days hardly even know it exists.
It looks to me that the legislators should get a barrage of phone calls and emails and letters mailed by the post office from their constituents.
I feel like I am also being disenfranchised but am from a red state. Would these legislators listen to someone like me, or only to their own voters to whom they are accountable?

Okay, great. But we need to COMPILE lists of those state legislators and publish them here in the FR.
Or, if they refuse to acknowledge the obvious fraud and appoint Trump electors, they can simple refuse to appoint any electors which would deprive Biden of the 270. Then the House of Representatives would pick the President with each state having 1 vote and as my calculation shows the R’s have the majority of Reps in 26 states and D’s only 24. Game set match. Also then the Senate appoints the Vice President. But this would take political fortitude, something generally in short supply! I wonder if the Supremes could just rule that the fraud in Wisc. Michigan, Penn, Az, and Nevada was so rampant that their electors are invalid which would also deprive Biden to the 270 with same result as above. Certainly not likely but there is a chance no matter how slim!

Exactly. Contact your state legislator - particularly if you live in Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, Michigan and Pennsylvania.
Tell them to declare their intention to support Donald Trump as the winner and to vote to send a slate of electors to the electoral college who will vote accordingly.
That, will force the Supreme Court to do the right thing. Otherwise we all know the Supreme Court will roll over and allow the election to be stolen.

They will pay a very heavy price if they do not remedy this vote fraud

Right you are. Our only chance is to find solid evidence of fraud. And by solid, I mean something beyond some guy told some other guy.
By the way, I’d bet my retirement account that there was fraud, considerable fraud. But I have yet to see that solid evidence. Let’s hope it appears soon.

I won't go into much detail right now but around 2007, a letter I sent to my congresswoman complaining about a delay in my wife getting her Green Card because they said the info was lost ended up causing the Federal Building on 79st near Biscayne Blvd. to be shut down specifically for us to go in for her processing to be expedited. The bureaucrat woman who was previously very nasty to my wife (and me) practically threw herself at our feet in an apologetic mood. We were there for just a few minutes in which she guaranteed my wife would be receiving her Green Card very shortly which it did happen.
From the time I dropped the letter to the congresswoman in the mail to the time we got that appointment in the Federal building, only about two weeks had elapsed. The power of a typed letter.
Keep that in mind as an option in addition to contacting the state legislators via phone or email. Letters would work best for people who live in the actual districts of the particular state legislator.
