Mail in ballots are the big issue.

Can mail in ballots with signatures that don’t match driver licenses in the state database be tossed?

My guess is that it varies by state, and the Supreme Court already refused to overrule PA on this issue the last time.

Of course, we have one more vote this time...

Yes, but each tossed ballot is subject to litigation. And countervailing challenge.

They only refused to address it on an expedited basis.

They could still rule for, or against.
