In this case, they ordered disputable ballots be segregated. PA sec state agreed, but reneged.
Obvious answer: disqualify the ballots.

Keep in mind that once a ballot is accepted, it is separated from its validating info. The only solution is disqualification.

Were going to have a recount for president more than likely and people will see those outcomes stay essentially the same." Well of course recounting fraudulent votes will give the same number. It is way too late after the ballot boxes are already stuffed.

I was listening to the former Repub Gov of Wisconsin talking about election counting. He said that once the vote count is completed, the entire count is “canvased,” i.e. a second check of the original count to verify the count and catch errors in tabulations. Thus Wisconsin will have that to do before its count is considered verified and authorized as official. He was on Mark Levin’s radio show.

Can mail in ballots with signatures that dont match driver licenses in the state database be tossed? Of course they can silly, as long as they are republican voters.

Unfortunately, once a ballot has been put into the system, it is really uncontestable, and largely not traceable, even if invalid.

I’m all for the legislatures selecting the electors in disputed states.
Problem is, you first need to have a dispute.
