The DOJ is there to protect them, not investigate them! The DOJ is of, by and for Democrats.
The DOJ does nothing, in part, because the trust the Plan toolbags spend their day telling people how hard they are working behind the scenes.
More to the point, they have every reason to steal this election. If they fail, they have done so much to this point they will spend a long time in jail... if there are any honest prosecutors left in the world. So... no prosecution for doing wrong... every reason to win and ensure there are never any prosecutions... yup, they’re being logical.

Never expect democrats to just vote like everyone else. They can’t not cheat or steal something - anything.

I could be wrong, and often am (ask my wife), but since the elections are held by the states, not the Federal government, President Trump and his team have to work within state courts and state legal systems, at least at first. This puts them at an extreme disadvantage in states controlled by democrats.
I don’t know what Federal laws pertain at this point. No one has charged that votes have been denied or stricken based on race, color, national origin, sex, etc. etc. And if crimes are being committed, have state lines been crossed?
Even though we’re talking about the election of a President, there may be nothing yet that the D.O.J. has grounds to investigate. It’s not as if a garage door pull was found in the shape of a noose.
The Uniparty stole 4 years from POTUS and invadidated the 2016 election with the Trump-Russia conspiracy. Now they are going to steal the election from him.
The history of DOJ has always been to prosecute fraud after the fact, if at all.
They prosecute election law and “intimidation” in the moment.
But their culture is not to interfere in the counting.
As far as I know, they never have.
And always prosecute a few, token individual fraud cases after the fact.
