And, this is why that Statement (upthread) from pubbie-squish leader of Penn Legislature was dead wrong.
They can still invalidate the election for fraud concerns.
They can send NO electors because they don’t have a clear, clean winning vote total.
Just because the Executive branch “certifies” the election, the Legislature DOES NOT have to send electors.
It is ALL in their court.
