The Dems were using rigged polls to prepare the minds of the average Cardi B. fan that Biden was in the lead, and they counted on Biden’s “Greatest Vote Fraud Machine in History” (yes, he said that on video) to have a Biden landslide. They thought Trump would ineffectually challenge, but easily get painted as a sore loser.
But the Trumpslide swamped their voter fraud — he was going to win over 300 EV even despite their fraud.
So 5 or 6 states with Dem govs sent out the word — stop “officially” counting until we find out how many mail-in votes we need to manufacture to overcome the Trump victory.
(I think it was Wisconsin, or was it Michigan, where they said they had to stop counting “because the printers ran out of ink”. Printers are used for fake ballots, not real ones.)
And that printing is where Trump’s Tweet comes in.

We did our job Patriots. We turned out in huge and historic numbers to re-elect the greatest President since Lincoln. Our numbers have been soooooo huge that the fraudsters have been working full time since the polls closed manufacturing fake ballots. And it's obvious for ALL to see. Does ANY sentient human think that old slow Joe really amassed 70 million votes??? That's just plain ridiculous.
In case no one has cleared the printing process up, the states didn’t print their own ballots. The DHS did...including that cool little nano-particle which is the ultimate test of a valid ballot.
