I don’t find anything like what’s mentioned about an Election Countermeasure announced at Homeland Security. The last piece of news on the website is Pandemic stuff from 11/2.

It was established that this was intentional to determine the margin of fraud in the election system. This election countermeasure was not endorsed or briefed with the President, or candidate Biden. This was a background audit that has been planned since as early as May 2018. In this scenario, it is too certain to tell what the results of this audit will tell us to do. {{emphasis added by me}}

Now THERE is some early preparations! Hard to know what will come of it. Plenty of ammo for DoJ! Q said that early measures were being prepared.

He showed me the comment he made which was, in part, “This is a coup,..the Democrats are flooding the system with phony votes”
