Reject all "sanctuary city" ballots, and arrest all officials who participated in immigration crimes...No bail!
Then, while in lockup, they can anticipate additional charges of election fraud and sedition etc.
Lock them up. Hang the ones that are convicted of treason/attempted overthrow of government.
